1. When cutting the insulation layer of the wire, the wire core should not be damaged.
2, conductor intermediate connection and branch connection should use fusion welding, wire clamp, porcelain joint or crimping connection
3, the connection of the branch line, the trunk line should not be subject to the lateral tension from the branch.
4, section 10 square and below the single strand copper core wire, 2.5 square and below the multi-strand copper core wire and single strand aluminum wire and electrical terminals can be directly connected, but the multi-strand copper core wire should be tightened before connecting.
5, the multi-strand aluminum core wire and the multi-strand copper core wire with a cross-section of more than 2.5 square should be welded or crimped after the terminal, and then connected to the electrical terminal.
6, if the wire is welded, the residual welding flux and welding slag of the connector should be removed. The solder should be filled full and acidic flux should not be used.
7, the joint should be wrapped evenly and tightly with insulation tape, not lower than the insulation strength of the original wire.
8. Electric exploitation or wire connection is strictly prohibited.
